Hi were thinking of doing an Orlando Disney trip. Would it be worth joining NatWest Black account and trying to book via their concierge perk???
any views on if NatWest black account is worth it? We currently have a platinum tsb a/c so am thinking of swapping over as joint a/c. We already are NatWest reward members

Do you know where you want to stay etc?
Are you hoping to get it cheaper or more benefits or?0 -
Either cheaper or more benefits or help planning. Not definite re where to stay/when only starting to scope it. Will be our first time and likely last time there so all new to us but looking to do on medium budget and micros h hotel etc0

Natwest certainly used to use Ten Group to provide their concierge service, can't see anything to suggest they've changed that. I have used Ten via another route and they're fairly similar to the likes of AmEx's concierge service for Platinum/Centurion... in my experience they are more aimed at those wanting high end experiences, ultimately they can book almost any flight or hotel but the free upgrades or extra night free etc tends to be upper mid to luxury type places.
A Quick Look for example see that they are offering 4th night free, $100 hotel credit and free room upgrade at the Four Season in Disney World but for a random date in May rooms start at $1,500 a night for two adults.0 -
Thanks that’s really helpful to understand it a bit more, sounds like it may be higher league than we’re looking at 👍🏻👍🏻0
