Amazon price promise

Sorry to butt in here but I am a little worried that I have incorrectly applied for the 30day price promise thingy from Amazon that refunds any price difference from 30days of ordering (or is it dispatch). I had a look on the Amazon website and I cannot find any simple way of applying for this refund on a few Xmas items. I ended up going through the express cust. service route and selected the relevant items and selected "other assistance" and quoted "30 day price promise" with the relevant info on the price changes on the items concerned. Is this how you guys do it or is there a simpler way?? Am I ok to leave it the way I have done it?
Also where on the Amazon website does it mention this 30 day price promise, I have googled and searched the Amazon web and nothing. I must be stupid or something close to it!!!
