Like the previous posts I have about £25 credit on Skype.
It appears that MS will allow people to use up that credit before they fully close peoples Skype accounts..

I rarely use Skype now, a few calls to India and America in the past,  and sometimes calls to Gov departments (so I can record calls).
I guess I'll be making a few more Skype calls to use up my credit..

Like others, I dislike Teams messy interface - but most local authorities/gov departments prefer it.

Basically MS will keep your cash unless you use up credit..  So I guess I better reach out to my international friends..:)

Just open Skype on the windows 11 PC to be greeted by a window that thanks me for being part of Skype a link to "learn more" and click box to "start using teams" neither of which are clickable
So I head to teams website and try and log in using my Skype details to be told there's a problem which then takes me back to the login page again looks like I've lost my money

Indeed - seems my credit has been taken by the small print devils - Thank you Mr Gates - I see you telling the world that you are giving away most of your money .... As usual it is the mass collection of small amounts that creates the fortunes of the few doing the collecting .. But perhaps that is the voice of one of the many  :o)

Bill Gates has had nothing to do with Microsoft  since 2020.
