Skype credit refund

Like the previous posts I have about £25 credit on Skype. It appears that MS will allow people to use up that credit before they fully close peoples Skype accounts..I rarely use Skype now, a few calls to India and America in the past, and sometimes calls to Gov departments (so I can record calls).I guess I'll be making a few more Skype calls to use up my credit..Like others, I dislike Teams messy interface - but most local authorities/gov departments prefer it.1

Just open Skype on the windows 11 PC to be greeted by a window that thanks me for being part of Skype a link to "learn more" and click box to "start using teams" neither of which are clickable
So I head to teams website and try and log in using my Skype details to be told there's a problem which then takes me back to the login page again looks like I've lost my money
