    Terms and Conditions: 

    1. The opening date for entries is [09.00] on Thursday, February 27th, 2025. This competition closes at 23.59 on Sunday, March 30th, 2025. 
    2. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted. Entries that don’t meet criteria will be discarded. 
    3. Only one entry is permitted per person and entrants must provide their name and email address to enter. 
    4. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years old or over to redeem the prize.
    5.  One winner will be selected will be chosen by random draw and supervised by an independent person. 
    6. The winner will be contacted by email within seven days. 
    7. The winner will then have 7 days from the date of the notification email to claim their prize, failure to respond within this timescale will result in forfeiture of the prize and Parkdean Resorts/the Promoter reserves the right to choose a different winner. 
    8. For the avoidance of doubt the prize is a holiday voucher to use in booking a 2, 3 or 4 night stay in 2025 at one of Parkdean Resorts’ holiday parks, up to the value of £499, courtesy of Parkdean Resorts. 
    9. The voucher can be redeemed at any of the Parkdean Resorts’ holiday parks (excluding Gatebeck Holiday Park). Further information on individual holiday parks is available on the Parkdean Resorts’ website.
    10. If the booking exceeds £499, the winner is able to make up the additional amount. If the booking is below the value of £499 the remaining value will not be refunded. 
    11. The booking must be taken before the 31st December 2025 and all dates, break options and accommodation is subject to availability and holiday park opening times. The break will be for a maximum of 4 nights. 
    12. The prize cannot be redeemed against an existing booking. 
    13. Prize excludes travel and other related expenses, including any extras that the winner wishes to book. Any extras including but not limited to pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and high-chairs will be chargeable in line with Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions and the winner will be responsible for these expenses and arrangements. 
    14. The prize must be booked one month from the winner being contacted. If booked after this time, the prize will be lost. 
    15. The winner will be contacted by email and will need to provide contact information for the purpose of communication regarding the prize. 
    16. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Parkdean Resorts control makes it necessary to do so. 
    17. The winner must be the lead guest and over 18 and be present on arrival. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
    18. Maximum prize value £499. Booking and staying at a Parkdean Resort will be subject to Parkdean Resorts terms and conditions, see https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/. 
    19. The prize draw is not open to employees or agencies of Parkdean Resorts, their group companies or family members or anyone who is professionally associated with this promotion. 
    20. The decision of Parkdean Resorts regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
    21. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry and Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    22. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 
    23. Insofar as is permitted by law, Parkdean Resorts, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Parkdean Resorts, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
    24. Your statutory rights are not affected. By entering this competition, you are granting the Promoter and Parkdean Resorts permission to use your personal data to contact you to arrange prize fulfilment only.
    25. This prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
