Pip tribunal win

        My (very ditsy) friend has just had her pip tribunal and won and is now ringing me to ask when do they back date the extra money to. I think she was so excited she didn't ask any questions!!   I know zero about these things but I presume she will get a letter with all the details on. Please could someone confirm what happens next. 
     I wish she would just join this forum but thinking about it she would addle everyone's brain.....

If it's her first claim, it is backdated to the date she phoned up to start the claim.

If it's a review, I think it's backdated to the date of the initial review decision (but I'm not certain on that).
