we are going to Giza from 17-22 March and I wanted some ideas as to what the best tours to do would do within this time frame.

I tend to look up Tripadvisor for ideas.  You can find things that suit your schedule and your budget

So after all the faff with passports, signatures and visas you're not even sure why you are going to Giza in the first place? 

Most will do the pyramids and the Cairo Museum but it depends what floats your boat, how much time you want travelling on a coach etc. Luxor is generally a better base assuming you want to look at antiquity and its a fair shlep from Cairo
