I’m in same position…Zopa affordability complaint upheld. They say it will take 30-60 days to be removed from my credit file.
when I look online it shows the reduced amount of debt and that no payment due…I plan to wait to hear from them again before making any payment.
Are you paying them just now? How long did it take for them to request payment?
I stopped paying in August 2024, made the affordability complaint end of January 25, upheld early Feb and then I proactively emailed them to set up the payment plan and been paying it since April, its for a token £10 while I focus on other debts that are higher and still reported.
