M & S credit card - Club Rewards Vouchers

I’ve had an M&S card since October 24 and joined Club Rewards at the same time. I’ve only had my welcome pack vouchers which expired 31/01/2025. M&S Bank have not been able to tell me when I will get my next vouchers or where I can view vouchers sent digitally (which I signed up for). Can anyone on here advise me?

Can I suggest you change and opt for vouchers by mail ? We've had that since opening Club Rewards several years ago with no issues.Vouchers are issued quarterly - when are you due to receive your first regular supply of these after the welcome pack runs out ?0
