I understand Martin but posting the information on this forum is both against the forum rules and against the terms and conditions of the WHOIS service. You are therefore leaving yourself very exposed.to legal action.0

Hi Folks
We have been in touch with the user "MrCloud", who has assured us that they are a representative of the company, and they want to do everything they can to rectify any problems you are experiencing.
Given this stance, we are prepared to reopen this thread and allow MrCloud to post, on the proviso they do not promote or push the company, and this thread remains a civil exchange. We think if MrCloud can resolve people's problems, this is to be encouraged.
However please let us know if you believe this thread needs our attention again

Although Mr. Cloud is able to point out one or two occassions where disputes have been resolved, it appears to me that there are still a huge number of disgruntled customers out there with bona fide complaints against Mr. Cloud.
Understandably it is not worth individually pursuing him (especially since the £25 fee for starting a claim in the small claims court tends to outweigh the cost that the majority of customers have spent on products).
However it may be possible to start a Group Litigation against the company, as all customers will seemingly have the same legal and factual issues to bring against Mr. Cloud, so one claim can incorporate everyone elses claim thereby saving costs and bringing this "rogue trader" to justice.
For information regarding this route see the below link (although quite in depth, this is the procedure that courts will follow in allowing a Group Litigation Order):

Perhaps someone should set up a website /forum inviting disgruntled customers to join, see what the interest is and then take it from there...
Good luck.0
