I've no idea why you would inflict Carflow £170 threatograms on your wife? Why not just appeal and ask them why they have failed to comply with the BPA CoP by allowing a minimum 10 minute grace period?

So was I for over a decade.

It's impossible to get a CCJ If you follow our advice. I don't understand why anyone thinks that debt demands over a dodgy invoice risk credit rating?

There's zero risk if you follow the advice in the NEWBIES thread. This is explained in post 4 of it, not that you are at daft letters stage yet.

Just appeal as keeper like I said. Did she pay a little late, more than 5 minutes after arrival past the camera?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

"paid for two hours on exit. "

Not sure how she managed to pay for two hours on exit and then got a penalty for overstaying....

Did she pay late, more than 5 minutes after arrival past the camera? Was that due to a flaky app or poorly functioning payment machines, or a queue?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There was a 20 min discrepancy.

It's paid at departure but I think you might be inferring something...

We were thinking of the well-publicised (two weeks ago) news about the change to the unfair '5 minute rule'.

Did she just underestimate her time of arrival? If so, no template appeal: offer what you see succeeded in other Carflow threads.

Even if it was 25 mins?

Try it... this is Carflow. We've tested this.

Be polite. Offer something more than a tenner.

It feels like none of the newbies thread applies to CarFlow.

Why are they being treated as such an anomaly vs other companies?
