    I have just booked myself in for a roast so it will be a spendy day...I am looking forward to it!
    Goal 1: Get a permenant job that sticks.
    Goal 2: Aim 15 No spend days in January or above actual so far - 6/15
    Goal 3: Get a lodger
    Goal 4: Once goal 1 & 3 complete add 2.3K to the EF
    Goal 5: Once goal 4 complete save for my own car as I do need one? Do I?

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £222,084
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 8 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 24th January 
    Produce tracker: £36 of £400 in 2026
