NS&I Linked Bank Account Details - how to find out the full details?

I did call them to resolve this.  NSANDI have a very disconcerting AI type "person" you get put through to, unlike conventional automated menus etc etc where you know it's not a real person because it sounds robotic, they've opted to make it sound like you're talking to a real person (so much so that I wasn't actually sure if I was or not).  Eventually I managed to get through to a REAL real person.  They were helpful in a vague way: they read out the first 4 digits of the bank account I'd linked (which was essentially what I was asking).  However they said they couldn't email or post me confirmation "because of security" which sounds pretty questionable to me. So I was pretty sure it was sorted but would have been nice to have written confirmation.

Anyway, the cashout processed correctly & hit my bank today.
