gutter cleaning job and repositioning

Gutters cleaned and re-positioning on adjoining dormer of  semi-detached chalet bungalows. (existing central downpipes moved to either ends of dormers front and rear). Any ideas as to how much a job like this would be? A ballpark figure.

So I was quoted £700 after I submitted a form for gutter cleaning online. The guy who quoted cheapest price also wants cash which I'm guessing will mean that there's no receipt and warranty for the job. He did say that they are fully insured, so probably it will be ok? I don't want to end up with a bigger mess though.

Also found this website https://myguttering.co.uk/news/ with a lot of guttering cost examples and guides. Seems around the ballpark I think I was expecting.
