    Does anyone believe the parking co has actually requested discontinuation?  Is this something worth trying to see if an SAR to DCBL would turn up to support the belief this is all done without PPC involvement by DCBL?

    This fight of mine to the court wasn't about the money it's not to give them what they want.

    She is also heavily involved in getting the new regulated code of practice implemented by the mhclg,  hence why the current government public survey consultation is important in order to get regulation in place
