Above is the POC0 -
You are defending the whole claim, admitting to nothing. do not put any words - not even a full stop - in the defence box on MCOL. As you have been advised, read some Moorside Legal defences from 2025 and copy one.2

You know they aren't (you've got a DCB Legal claim) so just copy the usual Template Defence. Was there a windscreen PCN affixed to the car on the day?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But the template POC shows it's DCB Legal.
The thread title needs editing.
The OP can also tell by the date and wording of the NTK, whether it followed a windscreen PCN and we need to know that first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The first letter I Recived was from one of these scumy debt collectors, So I assume it aparently had a winscreen PCN which just didnt make it to me.
No PCN arrived in the post either so either it was lost in the postage system or was a windscreen one.0 -
OK, so use the full (long) Template Defence and just change the date in shahib's Paragraph 3 that is linked there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
