Good Afternoon,
Looking for advise.
Ive followed the newbies thread until now but getting a littel confused. (Appolagies)

I have been issued a Letter of claim for parking in a disabled bay.
I never recieved anything in the post until debt collecters sent them, no PCN was ever recieved.

I responded to the letter before claim with the template and got back the badly scripted default reply.
I left it, and now got the letter of claim.
Do I reply to this? or do I use this time to make a defense and await a court proceedings?
and thanks to everyone here who is so knoelgable and giving us your time to fight these scammers trying to make a buck of us all.

The letter of claim you've now got who is it from? The court or Legal firm.
When you responded to letter before Claim did you give them your current address for service?
Is your current address on your V5C document?

The letter of claim is from Moorside Legal.
Current Address is correct on the V5C.
I confirmed the address on the reply to Moorside Legals LBC.

Await the court claim form and read other Moorside Legal claim threads to see how easy it is to defend against them

    Good Afternoon,
Just received the claim forms from the courts.

    1) In my case where I didnt orginally receive a PCN but they then went for £170 late payments charge, Am I disputing the full amount agreeing to the £35 PCN and disagreeing with the rest.

    2) The Company addressed on the claim form is DCB Legal LTD, and the alaimant is UK Parking Control Limited.

Please assist me in the next stages.
