Buying a commercial property

Hi all, wasn't 100% sure which forum to ask this on
I am looking to buy a commercial property, its an terraced house which was converted into 4 offices about 15 years ago. Anyway, I need office space and the other offices which can be rented out will just be extra income.
However, I thought I should buy it from my property company and my design company can rent the space so to speak
I do not know where to start on this, I only have a property company as was advised at the time when I was left 3 rentals, two of which have since been sold, so now there is cash available too
Any help on this? I don't even know who I could ask
thanks in advance
