Universal Credit assesment period

Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I received my UC statement today and it is nearly 3 times the amount it should be, I have called this morning and they confirmed my assessment period this month is 29.01.25 - 26.02.2025 which doesn't capture my Feb pay date of 28th. This assessment period is only 29 days rather than the usual 30-31 days. This has happened previously and I had requests to go for a job centre appointment and bombarded with jobs and weekly calls despite still having my job of 10 years! It also resulted in my payments being different for months as they clawed back the overpayment which was a nightmare for trying to budget when I didn't know what I was being paid from 1 month to the next. I now have to wait for someone to call back but is there anything I can do to rectify this before they overpay me?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

If you are paid calendar monthly, rather than having two salary payments in your next assessment period, you can request that your February pay is applied to to the correct assessment period to maintain your regular payment cycle.Once done they should recalculate your UC accordingly.
