  • I've just received my UC migration letter telling me I need to move from ESA to UC. I'm so very stressed about it. The deadline is 21st may, I know that's sometime away but I want to get it done. I don't have access to internet at home. Citizens advice only give you advice over the phone how to complete it.  My local library has computers but I need help using them and I asked staff if there was anyone available to help me but they said no. There is a UC helpline where you can do a claim over the phone but it's busy all the time. Trying to keep calm but just want to get it done.
