Universal Credit

My partner and I have previously been in receipt of UC which also included sickness benefit. This stopped following reaching £16,000. We are due to claim again, if we are awarded this as previously is it possible to have my share (ie my sickness element) paid into my bank account and the remaining into my partners? Tia

They only offer split payments in exceptional circumstances, and the only split payment they offer is 50/50.

Nothing stopping you from setting up a standing order for the amount of your sickness element from what ever account your UC is paid into to your own account.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.

As above.. if they can't do it... a simple standing order set for the day after payment day to split payment as required."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
