condensing boiler , timer switch ?

Hi , we have just moved into a much bigger house and it has a condensing boiler fitted , the boiler is on permenant and the rad with no valve (always open) is in bathroom , therefore the bathroom is always hot,
the only control i have over temp is a dial on the boiler itself , and therm valves on other rads , This system has no timer switch like our old combi , Was hoping i could fit a timer switch or control panel as it seems money wasted heating bathroom 24/7 . i know i could turn down the setting on boiler but its not easy accessible , so would prefer somethin i could just programme , would like heating to kick in at certain times of day and night , not on permenant as is now ,
any advice most appreciated , regards and all the best

That all seems remarkably shoddy. Do you have a room / wall thermostat and a cylinder thermostat fitted?0

What boiler is it? I retrofitted a Vaillant timer to a Vaillant boiler, you may be able to do the same with your boiler. Otherwise I am sure it is possible to fit a remote programmer incorporating a timer.0

Good afternoon: Your Evo HE boiler manual should have the relevant info... your Benchmark log book should have the installation details and service history eg. installer's CORGI registration/contact details, commissioning data etc....however, from your description of the system could be a DIY install or sub-par/illegal installation by a cowboy.

thanks for replies people ,and sorry for delay in responding ,
system is a EVO HE C22 , no wall mounted thermostat control
and no cylinder thermostat
Benchmark booklet not been filled in , previous house owner purchased off a builder who bought it derelict and gutted it , suspect he chose cheapest way out were possible ,
Anybody recommend a decent programmer that will be compatable with my system , also is it a diy job to fit , if not any idea what a reputable plumber would charge ,
many thanks0
