Gas prepayment meter, no gas, what to do about boiler?
Gas prepayment meter, not smart, has run out of credit, tried to top up, cannot as says "Call Help, Battery Low".
Not an emergency, I can wait until Friday 8th March as next available as I'm working from home that day (I have a BT enginner for the Wednesday 5th, meaning the new fibre box is going there next to the meter).
So my question, do I need to do anything in regards to the boiler, like just leave it alone with the red light on (indicating a poroblem, which is no gas)?

Just leaving it alone will be fine, although you could switch it off if you wanted to.You could close the main isolation valve (should be to the left of your meter) too.N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.
