Unable to appeal Parking Charge notice

I’ve just received a parking charge notice from a month ago because Parking Eye didn’t have the right address but they won’t let me appeal because the time to appeal has expired. 

However I’ve got evidence from my bank that proves I was a customer and I paid for my shopping just before leaving but I didn’t put in my car registration before leaving which I didn’t realise you had to do as we just started shopping at this supermarket. 

They are now pressuring me to pay in the next 14 days or the amount will increase, not sure what to do or how to appeal and parking eye don’t have a contact number, any suggestions?

Is your V5c log book up to date   ?  Check it

You should complain about the PCN to the business ASAP,  known as plan A

Get the store to cancel it this week.

But do check your logbook because we suspect it has your old address.
