Returned to Ebay seller using the label they provided. Tracking just stopped

Hi, can anyone tell me what I do now?
I bought a light fitting from a business that sells on ebay. I didn't like it, so requested a return. They messaged me with a link to a 48hr Tracked Royal Mail label, which I printed and attached to the parcel. Dropped at a Parcelshop last Tuesday, and the tracking just stops then.

Do I complain to Royal Mail, or should the seller do that? He's not replying to my messages ...
Something tells me I'm going to be out of pocket on this

I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.

Have you tried checking Royal Mail's own tracking to see if it's got any further?

Tracked 48 sometimes just stops and takes days before moving again - it's a low priority service. I have had this before - suddenly it will just start moving again at some point.0

RM48 has up to £150 of compensation, so if it goes missing someone will be able to claim. As has been said, it could continue travelling again. Tracking does not always update properly and it is also possible that it has already been delivered.0 -
