From that I would expect already past SP age and enquiring about topping up, they seem to be quoting 6 to 8 weeks to reply but I wouldn't hold your breath.0

If you're asking about topping up your state pension by means of paying voluntary NI contributions, I'm afraid you've probably missed the boat if you want detailed info about whether it would be in your interests.paulaalan said:Called the state pension helpline, cut off twice third time told will have to wait upto 8 x weeks for advice ?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
No I retire in Dec 25, ( had to retire in 2019 due to ill health) don't know how many years I need to pay to make the full state pension (opted out ) and if I can pay the cheapest years ie pick which years, I have paid 42 x years but as I said some years opted out0

Ask on the other pension board.
Give your number of pre-2016 years and number of post 2016, they’ll work it out for you as to whether you can use a cheap year or not0 -
