I have been issued with a CCJ following a parking charge notice ( was staff member during covid at local hospital).
Debt is now £800 approximately. Any advice of possible tacking CCJ?

How did you get to CCJ stage - did you ignore letters, or were they sent to an old address - if you read the Newbees thread it will tell you there what you can and cannot do...1

I have a CCJ although was unaware until my credit score was impacted. Parking fine was for obstruction (have just found out) as I had parking exemption as I was staff at the local Hospital. I now owe £ 800 !!!!0

Hide your car in a garage this weekend. It must be out of sight until you've done this:
For just £14 or £15 you can get the Writ stayed & a hearing to set aside the CCJ.
Do this ON MONDAY AT YOUR LOCAL COURT.
Very urgent indeed. We have a thread in February about doing this (Writ was stayed within 48 hours which stops the bailiffs).
Anyone remember the username?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
