MSE Cheap Energy Club - address not found
With the impending rise in energy bills in April, I am looking for better options. I am aware from the media that Martin Evans is advising a switch to fixed rates/terms. Knowing MSE to be a great source of financial advice, I tried to join the Cheap Energy Club (CEC). My property is 5.5 years old, but the CEC database doesn't recognise my address other than as a building plot number.
So unfortunately, that is as far as I can go with it through MSE as I cannot find any means of contact.
Any advice gratefully received.

No advice, but many other people having the same issue.Wondering if the website is overwhelmed, or being updated...0

Hi there @JimFrank ,
An ongoing issue that's impacting all energy switching sites due to high demand is affecting new sign-ups to Cheap Energy Club (and those who need to update their address), so please try again later if you have issues.

Sorry no advice but I've been trying to join the Cheap Energy Club all morning. It finds my address then it says ...
Oops! It looks like something has gone wrong while looking up your address. Please check connection and try again in a few minutes.
Like previous comment I am wondering if the website is not coping.
I came on to see if anyone else is having issue.0 -
It's also not been working for me I've tried a few days now, and keeps saying "There is no address under the provided postcode."
However my postcode works fine on the other comparison sites0 -
same for me as well, found this thread via a google search.
I keep getting message: "There is no address under the provided postcode."0 -
Now the end of April, and the problem persists.I'm an existing member of CEC, but now I can't get compare prices.I put in my postcode, but the dropdown list doesn't include my address, so I can't go further.0
