Recieved these 12 weeks before the 6 yr SB mark,
No reply forms,
Should I wait till deadline and request a reply form to slow them down?
Should I email them?
Or should I just keep ignoring them at this point?

No you do it online
Do it about 5 days prior to the 30 days. Gladstones seem to take ages to reply to lbcs so hopefully take you over.
But just tell them you owe 15kish in debt and you are including this in a debt relief order and this is being done 1st week of may for example and they will they will then be in touch. Keep it vague. Should see you over the line.(just)3 -
my concern is contacting them in anyway or acknowledging the debt will reset the timer?0

No your denying the debt, your concern is unfounded.
Just follow what ive advised,
You can say although you deny the debt its being wrapped up in a debt relief order and your appointment to have this included is on say 1st May3 -
Brilliant, perfect, just what I wanted to hear, that clears my concerns!
thanks !1 -
