Editing on cheap energy club

I am getting a blank page whilst trying to edit my details on the Cheap Energy Club site. I've tried another search engine with the same issue. I haven't cleared my cookies, will this sort the issue? Is anyone else having the same problem, cleared their cookies & sorted the issue this way?

I have the same issue. Tried on my android mobile and laptop (Firefox and Chrome). Also tried disabling javascript to no avail. Eventually I get a page load but I cannot update the address, it just times out or produces an error.

I am having the same problem:  "I am getting a blank page whilst trying to edit my details on the Cheap Energy Club site."

My present tariff is not up to date and I was trying to edit it to enter my present tariff but only a blank page.

Same issue here. Are there other 'whole market' comparison tools online that anyone knows of? the MSE cheap energy club has my old address and tariff on, but I can't update.

I'm having the same problem with the MSE Energy Club; wanting to update my details just get blank page; Firefox on PC and mobile..

Maybe change the name of this thread to indicate it's a bug and hopefully get one of the MSE team to notice it.

They’ve said there’s a technical issue. I couldn’t edit on my iPad but it worked fine on my Samsung phone.
