Fisc Parking Solutions PCN

Hello,
I have recently received another PCN this time from FPS for parking at a gym (i was being cheeky and went to a nearby restaurant instead) the reason being 'permit required'. Could I still complain to the landowner (the gym) to help get rid of the PCN (not sure they will help if I am not a member) or would I appeal?

Never heard of them,  possibly newbies,  but on the BPA AOS members list

Personally,  given your anecdote above, even if you find the landowner details   ( unlikely to be the gym  ) I dont see any reason for them to assist you, this is why they employed a private parking company , to stop fly parking by non customers

Study the newbies sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements if you are going to appeal,  expect a rejection,  unless you appeal with a valid legal point

    Ok I will do.
I have wrote a complaint to the gym who have asked to see the PCN too so just waiting to hear back. I will also appeal online with Fisc

If it's easier, please add your redacted pics of the FRONT & BACK of the PCN on your thread here in a reply.

I've never seen a Fisc NTK. We need it for the thread and to help advise you.
