Repeat Repair Under Warranty - Advice Needed

Apologies for the delay in this people and thank you for the comments. 

So.... To wrap the chapter up the vehicle has since been repaired again. Dacia customer services sent us chocolates with an apology - they won't do anything else. 

The dealer won't do anything else. My mum is trading the vehicle in with another dealer and purchasing another car. Not another Dacia. 

The dealer we were getting the repair done at gave us a terrible trade in value so we advised we wouldn't proceed. 

Really disappointed with Dacia and the dealer in question - I know in the grand scheme 1 customer means nothing but they have lost one. 

Thanks again for everyone's assistance.

If you named the dealer, in a nice way, it may save other people getting disappointed in future if anything untoward should happen.

Parks Dacia/Renault in Irvine, Scotland. 

I'll post with the caveat that the staff have always been lovely and as accommodating as they can. However I will be launching a complaint with Parks directly regarding this.
