Posting to Jersey

Evening All
Please can I have some advice.  For the first time in my ebay selling I have sold something to Jersey.  I am a private seller.  I understand that I need to fill in a CN22 form (the top is about £10) but am unsure about a few points.  On the contents section is it "sale of goods" that I tick as it is a sale but I don't want to be assumed as a business.  Will the buyer be charged anything ie an import duty?  I notice on my order details underneath the address it states "tax details" GST ID: ******* Code:Paid.  Do I need to include that anywhere on the package and if so where please.  TIA for your help.

CN22 is if you are sending by Royal Mail. 

Their equivalent of VAT is GST, its not payable on parcels under £60 (inc postage) and Duty is not applicable for under £135 (same as UK) 

You would put the GST ID in the last box above the signature asking for the VAT or EORI number though arguably not needed given the value.
