I recently registered with Lloyds in order to get the switching incentive.
Today I received my activation code by post which I have entered when prompted on the app. The next stage step on the app is to 'create memorable information' as an extra layer of security.
It has 2 fields where I need to set my memorable word. You need to type the same word in each field (the 2nd field is just to confirm that it's the same as the 1st), however it doesn't let me enter anything into the 2nd field at all.
Anyone experienced this issue?

Try to use the online activation rather than the app.1

I had this exact issue and got past it by using the online banking website rather than the app.
