Anyone have experience with Vida Homeloans?

Hi - i am currently in the process of waiting for a final mortgage offer from Vida whom I have had to use due to past adverse credit issues. I have submitted 3 months pay slips and bank statements to them and they are querying why I received a payment of £390 from DWP UC in December. I am not currently claiming benefits and I have been in full time employment for over a year now, however I did previously claim for UC when I was made redundant at the beginning of 2023. The £393 payment in December 2024 was an advance that I was eligible for and received as a 1 off…does anyone know if this is going to have a negative affect on my application as Vida have come back and asked why I received that payment if I was not entitled to it?
