Hi morfa shopping park was always 3 hr max parking. Hadn't realised it had change until my husband had a PC through the door as registered keeper. Duration of parking was 2hrs 58 mins! He wasn't driving the car. £70 charge reduced to £40 if payed in 14 days! Can I get out if this?

Ideally he should follow plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, trying to get the management company for that private property to cancel it

Easily dealt with by complaining the retailers. Which PPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
