What will happen with my Pip appeal

I sent back my Pip reassessment in Dec 2022 dwp then took a year to make a decision in dec 2023. I wasn't happy so have taken it to appeal and am still waiting for the hearing. My issue is that my arthritis in my knees has got much worse than it was in 2022 as you would expect. My current award is enhanced care, std mobility and I am disputing the standard mobility
I am thinking of putting in a change in condition.
What will happen to the appeal if I do this?
Could the impact the appeal timeline?
Should I wait for the appeal process to finish?

Did you ask for a mandatory reconsideration (MR) if so they should have replied by now. Then step after this is taking it to the tribunal. But for both you will need the evidence to say why it was wrong. Given that there was a year between the questionaire and assessment did you provide any updated evidence (either in the assessment verbally or by post)

The tribunal appeal was lodged February 2024 so have been waiting a year and further evidence has been provided and the dwp have responded to the tribunal.I'm Ever hopeful!:j:j:j:j0
