Not entitled to Universal Credit so what do I Do?

Hi. Due to memory issue and not taking in the understanding of The Entitlements I have become very anxious that everything will be taken away from me after reports in the news and papers.
i am in The ESA LCWRA support group . I have 47yrs National Insurance Contributions.
i get full PIP WITH MOBILITY.
My husband gets state pension and 3 very time private pensions.
We don’t have any other benefits.
Im told that we are all going to be put on Universal Credit. So I did the calculator and it says we don’t qualify for UC.
So does this mean I lose my ESA and it won’t belong before they remove PIP for vouchers.

PIP has nothing to do with UC. So you will continue to get that. Subject to normal reviews.

Guessing that you are in late 60's here. So how much UC as a couple you would get is going to depend on how much the pensions are.
Current amounts for UC are if you are mixed age.
Couple £617.60
LCWRA £416.19
& possible carers if other party is a carer (which as retired they will no longer be getting) £198.31Life in the slow lane0 -
If your ESA is all contributions-based (or New-Style ESA) you won't be asked to migrate to UC.
We don't know whether the government will change PIP or just talk a lot about it to appease certain types of people, so there's no point worrying about that unless anything actually happens.0
