EDF EV Tariff Confusion
I'm a little confused about the 2 options I have from EDF for an EV tariff, wonder if someone else can figure this out?
The GoElectric Overnight Mar26v2 tariff seems better in every sense than the Evolve Tracker May26, even though the description suggests it's best only for 'medium-high mileage users'. Surely the fact the peak rate is fixed at lower than today's cap, plus the significantly cheaper overnight tariff, means there's no logical reason to choose the Tracker?

For Tracker you're gambling that the prices may drop each quarter / new price cap, which is not what I'd be opting for right now.For context, I moved from Octopus' Tracker tariffs to fixes for both fuels.I'd grab the fix before it's pulled. You have a 14 day cooling off period to ponder it, or look at all the other suppliers, if you haven't already.1
