Have received the below claim for 2 x PCN on the single claim number. Is there an existing thread which explains how to respond to this situation ?
Is this as simple as seeing off as the single claims are ?
Thanks

Yes, same as all the others, except they probably got both dates wrong, ditto if there had been 6 or 10 pcns
So almost the same words as the single pcn claims
Post the issue date from the top right of the claim form please2 -
Have a read of NEWBIES Announcement thread second post Small Claim.1

With a Claim Issue Date of 18th February, you have until Monday 10th March 2025 to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'), but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 24th March 2025 to file a Defence. That's almost four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the AOS guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an AOS, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
In most current defences v DCB Legal claims, paragraph 3 (within the 30 paragraph Template Defence) looks similar to the thread below by @shahib_02 ... just change the incident date:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6576011/cel-dcb-legal-pcn-cnbc-claim-defence-assistance-required-pleaseNo need for more detail except if there's something you know about why there was 'no valid parking session' twice. What happened?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've also experienced this but it was 3 claims on one with DCB Legal using the not registered ANPR claim. Have you found any WS yet for yourself? My case in a month and really struggling to find anything.0

Don't try to find a 'similar' case. Not needed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well you don't know that was one of those occasions and it's the claimant's claim to prove. Not your burden to admit or assist.
Just use the linked para 3 and obviously change the date then slot that into the 30 paragraph Template Defence. Easy!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
