Ebay Private Sellers - Funds Pending, Untracked Items under £10

The policy stated by eBay from 4th February is:

• For untracked, single-quantity, single-item orders priced £10 or less, funds will be available after positive feedback is received from the buyer, or 14 days from the order date, whichever comes first

My low value, single-quantity, single-item sale was on 11th February and was sent untracked.  Positive feedback was received from my buyer around 3 days later and yet I'm still waiting now for the funds to be released.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same problem?

Yes I have the same situation.  Some of mine already have feedback but I am still waiting to be paid.

Yes, me too.

The annoying thing is that I entered tracking for an item but put an 0 instead of an O.

Item was delivered on 19th but I cannot update tracking on mobile app (item is going by the ebay overseas shipping).

Hopefully I can update on desktop....

I hadn’t seen the bit about feedback but wasn’t sure why there are these two sections separate. I’ve yet to get anything for the second category.

• For untracked deliveries, or tracked deliveries with no delivery confirmation, funds will become available 14 calendar days from the order date
• For untracked, single-quantity, single-item orders priced £10 or less, funds will be available after positive feedback is received from the buyer, or 14 days from the order date, whichever comes first

Their note here says funds released for sub-£10 items after feedback will be “live by the end of February”

It could be delayed or only for items sold after it goes live

That explains why I couldn't see it in the original announcement, thank you for updating.

I have an item that is still showing as funds pending awaiting delivery despite getting positive feedback. Hopefully this will be sorted but accept there may be some initial teething troubles.
