I'm off to Tenerife in a week. Have booked everything myself avoiding the travel agents. Believe i have saved quite a bit of money as there is five of us going. Don't know about finding accomodation when you get there but there are plenty of private rents on the web.

    Hi
I enquired about going solo on hol & some nice person told me about 'hotelcomparison.com'. I had quick glance & 7 days Ten/Los Chr started at £144 for room. This was their lowest - I know there;s a similar site for b&b (dont know if T has many of those). Dont know how this plus flight compares with package? Would be interested to find out. Would be interested to go on hol also but never mind. (Watch out for those dodgy geezers on the sea front doing card tricks!)

    Regards

It's very easy to just fly over there and get an apartment when you get there. My ex took me down to stansted when I was off to germany with our son. He took his passport with him, but nothing else. He managed to book a cheap flight that day and flew out. When he got there, he managed to find a cheap apartment for the week. He bought cheap t-shirts and shorts whilst there, too. Apparently, he had a great time.
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.
