I think i will go straight to ombudsman - keep bouncing back and forwards with energy supplier. getting knowhere.0

honestly they should accept certified copy of the will and a copy of the death cert and statement that probate has not been required but you are administering the estate0

ombudsman cannot help at moment. got to wait for 8 weeks or a deadlock letter to arrive. offered supplier all these options incl a copy of the old poa even though its nul and void now. wait and see what they say!0
