    Should've used your own card!

Sounds like they are covering their backsides against a possible fraudulent account.

Yes, if they suspect fraud or some other unlawful activity.

Did your wife authorise the use of her card?
  • Yes ive used to complaints . Ive sent them all the evidence they need over the last 5weeks
Yes i couldnt find my card at the time so my wife put her details in
Please look on trustpilot it looks like its company policy to hold as many withdrawls as they can, theres loads of revies like mine!

I'm not sure what weight that holds, people generally head over to trustpilot when they want to get something off their chest or pressure a company into a resolution. People rarely post "Withdrew some money and all went as it should", and in fact I've personally used lottoland and withdrew from them without issue (during a matched betting stint about a year ago) - though I can't say I left a review describing my pleasant experience (unfortunately for them).

To highlight this, the biggest bookies in the UK:

    Bet365 (1.3)
    https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bet365.com

    Coral (1.2)
    https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.coral.co.uk

    Ladbrokes (1.2)
    https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.ladbrokes.com

    William Hill (1.3)
    https://www.trustpilot.com/review/williamhill.com

Airlines and Broadband are similarly flooded with 1* reviews where people only leave negative experiences.

    You get the idea...

I would just keep providing what they ask for, and complain if you reach a point they either stop responding or refuse to pay out despite providing everything they asked for. And obviously it goes without saying to use your own bank card in future... online casino's are ripe pickings for money laundering, hence why bookies are very strict on deposits/withdrawals.
    Know what you don't

I'm not interested in looking, thank you.  It has no bearing on your case or the advice I'd give.

You need to exhaust their complaints process.
