Letter before county court claim

I have a letter from parkingeye titled ‘Letter before county court claim’
I have already lost a POPLA appeal and have recieved this letter afterwards saying i have 30 days to pay before court claim. Do I need to pay to avoid a CCJ?

    you might need to give lot more info.
    Are they writing to you as registered keeper?
    Have you disclosed the driver?

    No you don't need to pay but you would need to respond then deal with the court claim when it arrives.
