The competition2.1 The title of the competition is “Barn Find Car Giveaway”.2.2 On 23 February 2025, The Late Brake Show will release a YouTube video entitled 2000 miles from new! WIN this Barn Find 1 owner car where a VW Bora car is found. The VW Bora will then be given away to one lucky viewer.3. How to enter3.1 The competition will run from 5pm on 23 February 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 4pm on 31 March 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 4pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.3.3 To enter the competition:(a) Leave a comment in the comments section on the YouTube video entitled “Barn Find” explaining why you would like to own the car; and(b) send a completed entry form, which can be found in the Barn Find video description by the Closing Date.. Jonny Smith is not an independent judge according to section 8.26 of the ASA CAP code."In competitions, if the selection of a winning entry is open to subjective interpretation, an independent judge, or a panel that includes one independent member must be appointed. In either case, the judge or panel member must be demonstrably independent, especially from the competition's promoters and intermediaries and from the pool of entrants from which the eventual winner is picked. Those appointed to act as judges should be competent to judge the competition and their full names must be made available on request."

They replied. It will still be judged but by someone supposedly independent not the YouTube presenter Jonny.3
