Any coverings for existing wheel trims?

My 2012 car is in good condition apart from the wheel trims, they are showing corrosion and time.
Are there any good covering etc or is the only alternative a expensive new total trim job?

Your wheels will continue to work without anything being done to them. No need to spend anything.
