Letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service

Hi

Please can anyone assist and let me know if there is a way to still challenge this parking fines? The last time i simply ignored the letters and it's just went away but this time I have received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service which makes it look like they're following through on it all.

I stopped for maybe one minute on my way to the car park in a no stopping zone at Leeds/Bradford airport because I saw the people i was picking up and they quickly jumped in the car. I then entered the car park as it was the only route out and was forced to pay approx £8 for a 30 second pass through! 

I received a few letters asking for payments but just ignored them and now I have this official looking one. It states that I can respond using money claim.gov.uk and obviously I'd rather not have to pay them anything if possible.

Any help is really appreciated

Post the Name of parking company and the legal company,  plus the issue date on the claim form too (  vCS and dcb legal   ?  )

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first 

Study the newbies sticky thread second post in the announcements section at the top of the forum,  plus the defence template thread first few posts in there too

Study other recent airport cases involving VCS within the last 14 months on here

If you've just got a bog standard DCB Legal Claim Form like almost everyone else who comes to this forum, it's easily defended.

Please show us a photo of the POC (not the whole claim form page) as you saw on other threads. They are there to help you as is NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

Also tell us the date of Issue and when you did the AOS, as coached in the sticky thread.
