Buyer put wrong address

Hi, A buyer has just messaged me to say they put the incorrect address. I know I should cancel and ask them to buy again. Will they be refunded the 75p buyers fee? I'm not sure if this is known yet

I can'te tell for sure if the buyer fee is refunded (I would assume so), but regardless of that, just cancel and relist so they can buy with correct address. Don't post it to a different address.1
