Hello,

This company would be the best price in our case for dual fuel (despite being a variable tariff).
However, I did not find them customer friendly.

There is no phone for prospective clients and their ¨chat¨ is not manned or even a chatbot (not that I like the latter anyway but better than nothing). 

I had two questions. Only one was answered by mail, two days later.
I replied by reiterating my second question. That was yesterday, and still waiting.

Have you/are you using this company? Would you recommend it?
I did find some comments here from 2023.
Would like some current feedback.
