Santander Multiple Accounts
This may be a stupid question, but I'm struggling to find a coherent answer online so thought I'd ask here -
Myself and my partner have multiple Santander accounts - it really frustrates me that I'm not able to access all of the accounts in my name at the same time through the app - how am I able to add more accounts to my app? and I don't mean just for visibility (ie. through a money management app) - I mean to be able to make payments / transfers etc.
It seems this should be simpler but I can't find any guidance at all on the Santander website.. any advice much appreciated!

You should already be able to see all your Santander accounts in one place. Which accounts and how do you currently access them? Do you have multiple online banking logins for each account? Might be you need to put in a complaint to get Santander to consolidate multiple profiles into a single login, or you might need to register for online access for some of them if you haven't already done so.
Obviously you'll only see accounts that are in your name - sole and joint. You won't be able to see any of your partners sole name accounts.2 -
Thanks for the response. The accounts are in my name - my partner has similar though - probably best to give them a call or is there another way I can request my accounts are all combined into one online account?0

Have you looked in on line banking, not the app, and checked in the "Add, remove or rename an account" tab to see if the accounts are hidden ?How do you access these accounts - multiple identities / log ins ?0

Did this get resolved? If so how? I already have the Santander app with three accounts. I have just opened a new cash ISA account and have been sent a new log in etc which is separate and does not show up on my app. I have looked into the Add, Rename, Remove tab on the website but I can see nowhere that allows you to add a new account, only edit existing ones. I have twice messaged Santander to ask how to amalgamate the two, with no response. Ironically, the app will let me link an account from an external bank but not one of its own. Very frustrating.
